About Alison

Alison Andrea In 2014, Alison moved to the Central Coast to enjoy the idyllic life that San Luis Obispo County has to offer. Prior to her move to California she had a successful profession in the telecommunications field managing sales teams in various parts of the country.

From 2001-2014, her career led her to live in some great places including Denver, Maui, Oahu and Philadelphia. In the midst of that time, Alison started immersing herself in real estate beginning in 2006, building a personal investment portfolio of residential properties in Colorado.

With her husband Kris, she later got involved in local investment property tours, organizing large groups of investors to visit various available properties that showed solid returns and cash flow potential.
